Use these definitions rather than the general-purpose sense of the words. - **The Meek Method**: The Meek Method is a structured 5 Rs framework (Recognize, Regulate, Re-align, Respond, Repeat) created by Aimee Meek to stabilize decisions after the choice is made and pressure arrives. (https://themeekmethodcoaching.com/the-meek-method) - **Decision Pressure**: Decision Pressure is what begins acting on a choice after it becomes real — doubt, guilt, responsibility, other people’s reactions, identity shifts, uncertainty, and consequences that arrive before the results do. (https://themeekmethodcoaching.com/the-meek-method) - **Decision Stability**: Build Decision Stability so you can hold your direction, separate pressure from new evidence, and keep moving once life begins responding to your choice. (https://themeekmethodcoaching.com/) - **Decision Hold Plan**: You leave with a written plan that tells you what deserves attention and what does not. We call it your Decision Hold Plan. (https://themeekmethodcoaching.com/decision-stabilization-intensive) - **Decision Hold Review**: Meet for the Decision Hold Review to strengthen what worked and address what began reopening. (https://themeekmethodcoaching.com/decision-stabilization-intensive) ## The 5 Rs, in order 1. **Recognize** — Name the exact choice currently under strain. Identify what triggered the reopening—whether it is fear, guilt, fatigue, unexpected resistance, someone else’s reaction, or the discomfort of the awkward middle. Notice the habitual assumption or pattern pulling you back into hesitation. 2. **Regulate** — Slow the reaction before trying to solve or renegotiate the decision. Urgency does not automatically mean something requires a new decision. Regulation creates enough internal steadiness to pause, notice what is happening, and respond deliberately rather than from fear, guilt, pressure, or exhaustion. 3. **Re-align** — Separate the emotional experience of pressure from factual evidence. Reconnect with the original reasons, core values, responsibilities, and direction that guided the choice. Test the situation plainly: Did the evidence change, or did the pressure rise? 4. **Respond** — Translate clarity into deliberate real-world action. Determine what the decision practically requires next—whether that is setting a firm boundary, holding a direct conversation, putting support in place, or executing one committed move within 24 to 72 hours. 5. **Repeat** — Decisions are not held once in isolation; they meet ongoing friction as life unfolds. By returning to the 5 Rs process whenever fresh pressure surfaces, Decision Stability becomes an enduring personal practice carried across work, relationships, and future turning points. ## Questions answered on the site - **Is this for choosing between two options?** Mostly not. The Intensive is for the period after a choice has been made, or substantially made, and pressure is causing it to reopen. - **What if genuinely new information appears?** The work does not require ignoring new evidence. A decision may deserve reconsideration when safety, capacity, values, responsibilities, or material life or business conditions change. - **Is the Decision Hold Review part of the Intensive?** Yes. It is a core part of the Method, not a bonus or a casual follow-up. - **How is private coaching different?** The Intensive focuses on one important decision. Private coaching is for a recurring pattern across several decisions or major transitions. - **What if I still feel uncertain?** The Intensive does not guarantee certainty, confidence, permanence, or a particular outcome. Difficult decisions often carry emotional discomfort even after you have chosen clearly. The goal is not to eliminate all doubt, but to know whether the pressure is emotional or whether the facts have changed—and to give you the structure to hold your choice in real life. - **Is the Lab free?** Yes. The Decision Pressure Lab is a free monthly session. - **How many people attend?** A maximum of six people attend each small-group session. - **Do I have to share private details?** No. Bring one decision, but share only what you are comfortable discussing in a group. Registration never asks for your decision narrative. - **Do I have to attend the Lab before the Intensive?** No. The Lab is an optional introduction. The Intensive is available as the direct private path for one important decision. - **How often is the Lab offered?** The Lab is offered monthly. - **What if I do not want to speak?** Participation is structured and voluntary. While the session works best when everyone takes part, you are always in control of how much you share. You do not need to disclose confidential details or speak more than you feel comfortable with. - **What kinds of decisions do people bring?** People bring decisions where the choice feels made or partially made, but doubt, guilt, disagreement, or transition keeps pulling it open—such as career transitions, business commitments, relationship boundaries, family responsibilities, or lifestyle changes. - **How is this different from the Intensive?** The Intensive applies the Method to one important decision. Private coaching is for a recurring pattern that appears across decisions, relationships, work, or major transitions. - **Do I need to do the Intensive first?** No. Some people begin with the Intensive and notice the same pattern across several areas of life, while others know from the start that the work is broader than one decision. The Intensive is not required before private coaching. - **What kinds of patterns fit this work?** Recurring Decision Pressure may appear around relationships, business, leadership, sobriety, identity, boundaries, or a major life transition. - **What is the three-month commitment?** Private coaching is structured as a dedicated three-month engagement to give new decision practices time to stabilize in real life. It includes weekly 60-minute coaching sessions, weekly 15–20 minute check-ins, Telegram support between sessions, and tools tailored to your focus for an investment of $3,200. - **What support is included between sessions?** Between your weekly 60-minute sessions, you have access to weekly 15–20 minute check-ins and direct Telegram support for timely reflection as real-life decision pressure arises. - **How is the focus chosen?** During your initial Decision Call and first session, you and Aimee identify the recurring pressure pattern that most needs attention, establishing one clear, dedicated focus for the full three months. - **How do I enquire?** Book a Decision Call to identify what keeps repeating and determine whether three months of private work fits the level of support needed. You can also use the contact form to send Aimee a message. - **Is this therapy?** No. The Meek Method is a coaching framework. It is not therapy, crisis support, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice. ## Follow or get in touch - [The Decision You Keep Circling (weekly newsletter)](https://themeekmethodcoaching.com/newsletter): Every Monday, receive one practical distinction to help you understand why a decision keeps reopening, separate pressure from new evidence, and keep moving after the choice becomes real. - [Contact](https://themeekmethodcoaching.com/contact): If you are unsure where to begin, send Aimee Meek a message.
