Who this is for

The choice is made. The pressure keeps moving it.

  • You have made, or largely made, one important decision.
  • Doubt, guilt, disagreement, responsibility, or transition keeps reopening it.
  • You need to know whether the pressure is emotional or whether the facts changed.
  • You want one clear next move and practical support around the decision.
What changes

What changes when a decision holds.

You are building the structure to hold the decision in real life, not simply having a 90-minute conversation.

01

You stop treating every emotional shift, reaction, or uncomfortable consequence as a reason to decide again.

02

You know what information would genuinely justify reopening the choice.

03

You leave with one committed move that begins turning the decision into your lived direction.

The 90-minute session

What happens in 90 minutes

01

Understand why the decision keeps reopening.

Step 1
02

Separate discomfort from meaningful new evidence.

Step 2
03

Identify what needs support, structure, or a boundary.

Step 3
04

Choose one committed move for the next 24–72 hours.

Step 4
What you leave with

Your Decision Hold Plan

You leave with a written plan that tells you what deserves attention and what does not. We call it your Decision Hold Plan.

Core Elements of your Plan
  • 1 The decision you are holding
  • 2 The pressure points most likely to reopen it
  • 3 What would count as meaningful new evidence
  • 4 The support, boundary, or structure needed
  • 5 One committed move for the next 24–72 hours
Client experience

What happens when you stop waiting for certainty

I BEGAN MOVING WITH THE CLARITY I ALREADY HAD.

“I changed one part of my approach as a clear step forward. The next week, I applied for three different roles and received three interviews. It helped me stop waiting to have every part of my story complete and I began moving with the clarity I already had. My one shift helped remove something that was no longer serving me. Aimee was an interactive mirror that allowed my voice to be clear, heard, and intuitively accurate.”

What happens when a decision stabilizes.

WITHIN 14 DAYS, HIRED INTO WORK I WAS EXCITED TO PURSUE.

“I had spent years following a direction shaped by family expectations, even after I no longer felt valued in the work. Aimee helped me stop waiting for complete certainty and approach the next role differently. Within 14 days, I was hired into work I was excited to pursue.”

Questions about the Intensive

Mostly not. The Intensive is for the period after a choice has been made, or substantially made, and pressure is causing it to reopen.

The work does not require ignoring new evidence. A decision may deserve reconsideration when safety, capacity, values, responsibilities, or material life or business conditions change.

Yes. It is a core part of the Method, not a bonus or a casual follow-up.

The Intensive focuses on one important decision. Private coaching is for a recurring pattern across several decisions or major transitions.

The Intensive does not guarantee certainty, confidence, permanence, or a particular outcome. Difficult decisions often carry emotional discomfort even after you have chosen clearly. The goal is not to eliminate all doubt, but to know whether the pressure is emotional or whether the facts have changed—and to give you the structure to hold your choice in real life.
