The Decision Pressure Lab

Bring one decision you keep circling. In a group of no more than six people, see what keeps it open and leave with one committed next move.

What to bring

Bring one decision

You do not need a polished story or complete certainty. Bring the decision that keeps pulling your attention back. Share only what feels appropriate in a group.

What happens in the Lab

Aimee facilitates the work in the room.

01

Bring one decision that keeps pulling you back into question.

02

Aimee helps you name what is actually reopening it — fear, perfection, guilt, another person’s reaction, the need for certainty, an old role, or a practical fact that deserves attention.

03

Separate what feels uncomfortable from information that would genuinely change the decision.

04

Notice the assumption or condition you have placed in front of movement, such as “I need to feel certain first,” “I need their approval,” or “I need the whole plan before I begin.”

05

Identify what the decision needs now: support, a boundary, a conversation, a structure, or a concrete action.

06

Leave naming one committed move to take within the next 24–72 hours.

What you leave with

Leave with a decision you can move with.

Not a general sense of clarity. You leave with language for what is acting on the decision, the distinction that separates pressure from evidence, and one move you have named out loud.

  • A clearer understanding of why the decision keeps reopening.
  • Language for the pressure acting on it.
  • A distinction between new pressure and meaningful new evidence.
  • One condition or assumption that has been keeping you in hesitation.
  • One committed next move you have named in the room.
Client experience

What one participant left with.

Udith recognized preparation and perfection as part of the hesitation, narrowed his direction to one offer, and left ready to begin direct outreach.

A CLEAR DIRECTION. ONE FOCUSED OFFER.

“Aimee has a rare ability to see the fear underneath hesitation without making you feel judged for having it. Her guidance helped me recognize that I was hiding behind preparation, overthinking, and the belief that everything needed to be perfect before I took action. During the Decision Pressure Lab, she created a space where I felt supported, challenged, and genuinely understood. I walked away with a clear direction, one focused offer, and the confidence to begin reaching out to founders directly. Her care felt personal, and her belief in me helped me begin believing in myself again.”

Questions about the Lab

Yes. The Decision Pressure Lab is a free monthly session.

A maximum of six people attend each small-group session.

No. Bring one decision, but share only what you are comfortable discussing in a group. Registration never asks for your decision narrative.

No. The Lab is an optional introduction. The Intensive is available as the direct private path for one important decision.

The Lab is offered monthly.

Participation is structured and voluntary. While the session works best when everyone takes part, you are always in control of how much you share. You do not need to disclose confidential details or speak more than you feel comfortable with.

People bring decisions where the choice feels made or partially made, but doubt, guilt, disagreement, or transition keeps pulling it open—such as career transitions, business commitments, relationship boundaries, family responsibilities, or lifestyle changes.
