About Aimee

I work with the part that comes after the decision.

I am Aimee Meek. I work with people who need to hold important decisions after the choice becomes real and pressure begins pulling it back open.

Lived experience

Special Operations life, deployments, and starting over.

For twelve years, I was a Special Operations wife, working and raising our son through deployments and long stretches of uncertainty. Important decisions still had to be made while outcomes, timelines, and consequences remained unclear.

Later came divorce, sobriety, single motherhood, career changes, cross-country moves, and starting over more than once.

Each decision carried a second challenge. I had to live with the choice after the urgency passed, other people reacted, and the life I had chosen started asking something of me.

That is where my work began.

Making the decision is not always the hardest part. Living with it is.

The insight behind the Method

A choice can be clear and still become unstable.

I began noticing the same pattern in my own life and in the people I worked with.

The choice was often clear.
The pressure arrived later.

That observation became The Meek Method, a framework for separating pressure from changed evidence and building support around the decision once life begins responding.

Training and credentials

Training that supports the work.

My approach is informed by professional coaching training, NLP practice, years of lived decision-making under pressure, and the framework developed through this work.

How I work

Direct conversation. Clear distinctions. Practical movement.

  • Your judgment stays central.
  • We separate pressure from genuinely changed facts.
  • We identify one practical next move.
  • Support continues after the decision meets real life.
